Financial Specialist
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports for company’s electronic products using pivot table, vlookup, sumproduct of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; Prepare and manage daily backlog report for Operation and Accounting department using Peachtree and Microsoft Access; Collect cost information from Asia (China) suppliers and prepare margin analysis report based on monthly financial forecast using Peachtree and Microsoft Access; Manage and create daily/monthly margin analysis report based on actual company performance for CFO and CEO; Prepare sales report including domestic sales and international sales with Asia market for Sales Managers and Inside Sales using pivot table, vlookup, sumproduct Excel and PowerPoint; Prepare chart for booking compare to Revenue number using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; Prepare and organize a systematic monthly cycle forecast financial report across Sales, Operation, and Accounting department using vlookup and sumproduct functions in Excel; Assist CFO and Accounting Manager in yearly budgeting process for company’s electronic products using what-if analysis and scenario of Microsoft Excel; Work closely with Accounting Manager and IT Manager. Electrical Design Engineer for Magnetics (Specialty in Telecom)
GCi Technologies, Inc. is an international, TS16949/ ISO140001 certified, leader in the design and development of custom magnetic components. We are currently seeking an experienced Design Engineer with a specialty in the design of Telecom products to join our R&D department. The Design Engineer will support all aspects of product design and development, product improvements and production support.
Job Description:
- Provide quality design of custom products, evaluating customer requirements
- Prepare and maintain project schedules
- Support prototype manufacturing, and production for design capability inquiries
- Provide customer support for design improvements and cost reductions
Essential requirements include: BSEE degree, experience in the design of transformers, inductors, chokes and other magnetics devices, specifically for telecom products; hands-on experience and a strong expertise in magnetic devices. Some travel, including international travel, may be required for this position.
