GCi Introduces xDSL Line Isolation Transformers

Friday, July 21, 2000

Today, GCi Technologies announced the release of a complete selection of xDSL line isolation transformers. GCi Technologies has completed the line of EP-13 designs to include transformers for the entire standard manufactures' chipsets and is working on rounding out the catalogue with matching versions in the smaller EP-10 size. The company has plans to develop several new products based around the standard EP-13 core and EP-10 core.

As the telecommunications industries push the limits of speed and distance, GCi Technologies will develop smaller and faster transformers to meet the more sophisticated demands. Some development has taken place on the new EE-5 core and delivery of this product is now taking place by some of our more advanced customers.

GCi Technologies works closely with some of the industries' leading designers to develop new ideas and designs. In our state of the art laboratories in Plano, Texas we are designing new flat pack and low profile type transformers for higher density DSLAMS and modems. Look to see more new and exciting developments from GCi Technologies right here on the web in the near future.
